Chef Michael Ayoub has
been an executive chef and/or owner at some of New
York's top restaurants for the past 25 years. He's
been called everything from the maker of New York's best
pizza to... quite simply, a Pizza god.
Despite bearing the heavy burden of a reputation for
excellence, he has remained true to his vision, and
consistently innovative.
Another passion of the Chef
is glass art, and his work is on display in
restaurants and buildings throughout New York, as well
as at Foxwoods Casino in Connecticut and Las Vegas'
